When we were kids, we played Barbies, flashlight tag, tickle fights, jump rope, and many other games. As adults, raising families, we were apart for a while, but never far from each others heart. As old ladies, we talked a lot, laughed until we had tears running down a leg or two. We were more than cousins, we were the best of friends.You always gave your all at work and at home and for that you were taken for granted and worked until you dropped. I wish we could have traded places so you could have rested for a while. We were suppose to meet for Thanksgiving 2020, but covid decided to visit you and me for the first time. I bought 3 bottles of wine for us to share. The day you left us, I drank 2 out of 3 of the bottles. One for you, one for me. I sure hope you enjoyed it. You were taken away from us way too young. I'm sure going to miss you. May you rest in the peace and happiness you deserve.
