I always knew her as Sue Ann. Our now deceased mothers were very close friends and met most every day around coffee to share the joys and sorrows of life. Although I was older, we were destined to be playmates and shared good times as well. I moved away but whenever I was in Garden City, Sue Ann would stop by for a quick visit. I am sad to learn of her death but am overjoyed that she now has a new room in Christ's mansion in heaven. She was certainly welcomed with open arms by both of our mothers.

I will miss Sue playing the piano at church on Saturday evenings. She greeted everyone with a smile and a hello.

Sue was honestly one of the most kind, quiet, and loving children of God I’ve had the blessing to know. I was blessed to know her as her pastor. Her parents loved her deeply. Sue was such a devoted disciple. She always made sure we got through all the hymns on Saturday nights quickly! She will definitely be missed, as her parents are. My prayers are with you as her family! - Rev Brad Kirk

Mom,
Your faith for the Lord was unwavering. Your love for the piano was fierce. Your pride in your daughters had no limits. The loyalty you exhibited toward your parents, brothers, and family was incomparable.

I love you Mom, and I am never not thinking about you.

Deepest Sympathy to Sue's daughters- Mary-Kay and Sarah-Anne - and as well to her brothers & families and all who knew and loved her.
She was my daughter-in-law and I loved her.
We went through good times and hard times together. I know she loved The Lord and was baptized as an adult by my late pastor husband in Dinuba, Ca.
I like to think of her now as a happy, healthy person, playing piano around the throne with the angels in Heaven.
God bless!

Sue was one of my sister Julie's best friends growing up here in Garden City, KS and meeting through the Methodist Church. Her mother was one of their Sunday School teachers and was very precious, just as Sue was, all through our lives. She was always smiling, bubbly and so sweet...! Her family lived right down the street and around the corner from our family so we visited there off and on frequently over the years and the same with Sue visiting our home as well. She was a lot like her mother and will be dearly missed. Julie Ladner-Evans and her little sister, Jill Ladner-Strickland.

Sue and I grew up together as our moms were best friends. She was the kindest, sweetest thing I ever knew. I sometimes was probably not the best influence. I tried to open her eyes to other things. We danced and played the piano together for years. I recently lost my mom and she called every day to check on me. Go fly with your loved ones sweetie

Sue was a very special person. She meant so much to David as he grew in faith at the church. She never forgot that shy timid boy who faced many personal challenges of his own. We will miss you Sue, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Go fly with the angels and continue to spread Gods love ❤️ Brian, Kim and David Meyer
