In the memory of my Aunt Cleta, I wish to shout loud and clear that I am grateful for all the 5 decades plus that her life interacted with mine, from letting me watch Howdy Doody on television with a snack at her and Vic's house on J Street in the early 1950's to being someone I could simply enjoy having a long conversation with in her latter years. Everything in between those times was living life, growing as a person and Cleta made it better! She worried plenty about everything it seemed, including me, but it was because she was deeply interested in a caring way. In her last years, her needs and reliance on others brought forth the best character traits in those she counted upon and taught those of us "looking in from the outside" how wonderful it is to have such people in your life. We the living can learn from Cleta's life of grace. Always a lady in dress and manner, Cleta strived to be gracious, forgiving and loving as God wants us all to be, full of "Amazing Grace". I will miss her. May God Bless Her Soul!
