Oh my goodness, I don't know where to start, Judy and her family were a special part of my teenage years. I had the privilege of taking care of Tad and Traci for Gary and Judy every Friday night during bowling league, plus many other other occasions. Judy was a very friendly and loving friend to me. Judy was a great neighbor, I loved going to visit Judy often. Judy and Gary raised two beautiful children, Judy was a great example/role model for me in my teenage years. I remember when they dug under their house and put in a basement, Judy had her art studio down there and I loved to look through it with her. I took art my senior year from Mr. Conway and loved painting, she inspired me but I just didn't have the talent to paint.
Over the years when I went back to Scott City for HS class reunions I usually got to see Judy. A couple of times it was at gatherings at the city park, she would have her art work on display and for sale. I remember she did one of the Theile place, we lived there when we were young. I so wised afterwards that I had bought that painting for my parents. Judy was an amazing artist but mostly a wonderful lady! Judy you will be greatly missed but never forgotten! Love and hugs to all of you.
