Obituary of Luis Rodriguez

Luis Rodriguez, age 70, passed away on Tuesday, April 29, 2014 at his home in Scott City, Kansas. He was born on August 21, 1943 in Scott City, Kansas, the son of Macedonio and Eulogia Ramirez Rodriguez. A lifetime resident of Scott City, Kansas, he retired from Sunflower Electric in 1993 as a mechanic. Survivors include his Two Sons - Chris Rodriguez of Scott City, Kansas, Roque & Andrea Rodriguez of Scott City, Kansas, Two Daughters - Tina & Anthony Garcia of Aurora, Colorado, Galena & Bryant Brown of Denver, Colorado, Two Brothers - Art Rodriguez of Canton, Oklahoma, Rey Rodriguez of Dodge City, Kansas, Twelve Grandchildren and Two Great Grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his Parents and One Brother - David Rodriguez. Graveside Services will be held at the Scott County Cemetery in Scott City, Kansas at 2:00 p.m. Friday, May 2, 2014 with Bob Jeffries officiating. Memorials may be given in Lieu of Flower to the Luis Rodriguez Memorial Fund % Price & Sons Funeral Home. Interment will be in the Scott County Cemetery in Scott County, Kansas. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. Thursday and 10:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. Friday at Price & Sons Funeral Home in Scott City.
