Obituary of Joyce Blickenstaff

Joyce J. Blickenstaff, age 89, passed away at the Pioneer Manor in Hugoton, Kansas on Monday, September 3, 2012. She was born on June 27, 1923 in Garden City, Kansas, the daughter of Z.M. and Etta Kyle Johnson. A lifetime resident of Scott City, Kansas, she was a Professional Photographer. She was a member of the United Methodist Church in Scott City, Kansas On May 20, 1943, she married Merle Blickenstaff in Scott City, Kansas. He passed away on August 25, 1986 in Scott City, Kansas. Survivors include her Two Daughters - Cheri & Richard Robbins of Walsh, Colorado, Nicki Daubert of Lawrence, Kansas, Three Grandsons - Trey Robbins of Englewood, Colorado, Shawn Daubert of Lawrence, Kansas, Colter Daubert of Olathe, Kansas and One Sister In Law - Verla Been of Scott City, Kansas. She was preceded in death by her Parents, Husband and One Sister - Dorothy Vaughan. Funeral Services will be held at Price & Sons Funeral Home in Scott City, Kansas at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, September 8, 2012 with Pastor Susie Woods officiating. Memorials may be given tot he Pioneer Manor in Hugoton, Kansas % Price & Sons Funeral Homes. Interment will be in the Scott County Cemetery in Scott City, Kansas. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. Friday at Price & Sons Funeral Home in Scott City, Kansas.
