We fondly remember Naomi's strong work ethic from years in 4-H. Just reading her columns in the News Chronicle about the family's gardening and canning escapades was amazing!
Dear Yager Family, My grandmother was a good friend of Naomi's ( Ruth Ann Hoover). I grew up in the First Christian Church so Leslie & Naomi are in all of my memories there. I was fortunate to sample many of her canning products over the years. My husband still remembers and raves about the pickles he had many years ago. I am saddened for your loss. Naomi was an inspiration to all of us and she will be missed but always remembered. May God be with you at this time.
Tom, Linda and Family, Know that you are in our thoughts and prayers. Lean on your faith and our Father in Heaven through this time and cherish the memories your Mom has left in your heart.
I grew up with the Yager's as neighbors. My visits back to Scott City were always a pleasure and greatly enhanced when I was able to see Naomi. She was always a piece of my life and will be greatly missed! My condolences to all the family. Keep and relish the good memories.
Dear Yager Family, I am sorry for your loss. I hope everyone is okay, I know how you guys are feeling.. I hope that you all know God is taking great care of her... I hope you all are hanging in there.. Keep Your heads high!
Dear Yager Family, We are so sorry about your loss of Naomi but we know she was ready to go home and be with her Lord. She was a very special lady that we all remember and appreciate all she did for our church and community. Wow, what a cook she was and we still remember her when we fix the funeral dinners with her famous chicken and noodles. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all. Love, Karen Compton and family
