Mildred Lucille Weber, age 76, died Sunday, June 11, 2006 at the Garden Valley Retirement Village in Garden City, Kansas. She was born on June 9, 1930 in Reno County, Kansas the daughter of John N. and Mary L. Luebbers Van Campen. A resident of Garden City, Kansas since 1964 moving from Manhattan, Kansas, she was a Daycare Provider for the Community Day Care Center in Garden City.
She was a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church of Garden City.
On February 20, 1954, she married Heinz W. Weber in Junction City, Kansas. He died in March of 1964 in Manhattan, Kansas.
Survivors incluce one son, Steven Weber and three daughters, Debra Weber-Unruh, Karen Coulter, and Denise Weber, all of Garden City, Kansas, One Brother, Marvin Van Campen of Elizabeth, Colorado, Seven Grandchildren and Three Great-Grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one brother and two sisters.
Funeral Services will be held at 10:30am on Thursday, June 15, 2006 at the Trinity Lutheran Church in Garden City, Kansas with Vicar Roland Vega officiating.
Friends may call from 1-8pm Tuesday and from 10am-8pm Wednesday @ the Price & Sons Funeral Home in Garden City.
Interment will be in the Valley View Cemetery in Garden City.
Memorials may be given to the Trinity Lutheran Church or the Russell Child Development Center both in care of Price & Sons Funeral Home of Garden City.
