Marvin H. Unrein, age 78, passed away at the Park Lane Nursing Home in Scott City, Kansas, on Thursday, February 1, 2007. He was born on August 21, 1928 in Schoenchen, Kansas, the son of Jacob and Apollonia Kreutzer Unrein. A resident of Scott City, Kansas since 1953 after moving here from LaCrosse, Kansas. He was the owner and operator of Cindy's Drive Inn before he retired. Memberships include: St. Joseph Catholic Church Scott City, Kansas Scott County VIP Center Scott City, Kansas Charter Member of Knights of Columbus Scott City, Kansas 3rd Degree Knights of Columbus Scott City, Kansas 4th Degree of the Fr. Joseph Bogner Assembly Garden City, Kansas Former Grand Knight of the Knights of Columbus in 1969 Scott City, Kansas On June 21, 1949 he married Clarinda M. Weber in LaCrosse, Kansas. She survives.
