James Randall Sramek, age 54, passed away on Friday, September 22, 2006 at the Hays Medical Center in Hays, Kansas. He was born on November 20, 1951 in Garden City, Kansas, the son of Philip and Josephine Kessler Sramek. A resident of Scott City, Kansas since 1994 moving from Phoenix, Arizona, he was a landscaper and maintenance.
