Kenneth B. Rictor, age 90, passed away at the Scott County Hospital in Scott City, Kansas on Wednesday, May 31, 2006. He was born on January 5, 1916 in Dunlap, Kansas, the son of Franklin Jack and Ethleen Best Rictor. A lifetime resident of Scott City, Kansas he was a Custom Hay Bailer and a US Army World War II Veteran and a retired volunteer fireman.
Memberships include: American Legion Scott City, Kansas Lifetime member of Kansas Trapshooters Association Amature Trapshooters Association
Survivors: One Nephew Leo Schoonover Scott City, Kansas Two Nieces Verda Dietz Lakin, Kansas Letha Williamson Satanta, Kansas
She was preceded in death by her Parents, One Brother â Hershell Rictor and Two Sisters â Genevieve Schoonover and Vivian Shaw, and a Lifelong friend and Brother-In-Law â Melvin Schoonover.
