Ella C. Long, age 99, passed away at her home in Scott City, Kansas on Tuesday, February 28, 2006. She was born on January 21, 1907 in Fellsburg, Kansas, the daughter of Frank and Edith Adell Fisher Butler. A resident of Scott City, Kansas since 1942 moving from Garden City, Kansas, she was a homemaker.
Memberships include: First Christian Church Scott City, Kansas CWYF Scott City, Kansas On August 16, 1930 she married Howard M. Long in Syracuse, Kansas. He passed away on February 15, 2000 in Scott City, Kansas.
Survivors Include: One Son Richard D. Long Scott City, Kansas Three Grandsons Mitchell D. Long Lyndon, Kansas Wallace Long Topeka, Kansas Jeff Long Garden City, Kansas Six Great Grandchildren
She was preceded in death by her Parents, Husband, One Brother, One Sister, and One Grandson â Ricky Long.
