Garden City
Roger Franklin Landgraf, age 73, died Friday, June 16, 2006 in Amarillo, Texas. He was born on March 22, 1933 in Garden City, Kansas, the son of Amel E. and Grace Marmon Landgraf. A lifetime resident of Garden City, Kansas he was a farmer and rancher.
He was a member of the Prairie View Church Of The Brethren in Friend, Kansas and the Kansas and National Livestock Associations.
On September 21, 1960 he married Dolores Morlan @ Fayetteville, Arkansas. She survives. Other Survivors include: Two Sons; Kendall (Anne) Landgraf and Keith (Jessica) Landgraf both of Garden City, Kansas. One Daughter; Lori (Dick) Leatherwood of Cimarron, Kansas. Five Brothers; Amel Landgraf of Blackshear, Georgia, Richard Landgraf of Paris, Arkansas, Norman Landgraf and Wilbur Landgraf both of Garden City, Kansas, Larry Lee Landgraf of Mesa, Arizona. Three Sisters; Marjorie Hands of Amarillo, Texas and Marian Shultz and Phyllis Corrigan both of Garden City, Kansas. Five Grandchildren
Memorial Services will be held at 10:30am on Wednesday, June 21, 2006 at the Price & Sons Funeral Home in Garden City, Kansas with the Rev. Charles Durham presiding.
There will be no calling times
Inurnment will be in the Valley View Cemetery in Garden City.
The family requests memorials be given to the Church or to the Friends Of The Lee Richardson Zoo both in care of Price & Sons Funeral Home of Garden City.
