Clark M. Harbach, age 87, passed away on Thursday, October 28, 2010 at the Park Lane Nursing Home in Scott City, Kansas. He was born on June 25, 1923 in Germantown, PA, the son of George Clarkson and Ethel Millard Ray Harbach. Clark graduated from Sterling College in Sterling, Kansas and then attended Westminster Seminary in Philadelphia before graduating from Central Baptist Seminary in Kansas City with a Masters in Divinity. He was a US Army Veteran of World War II. Memberships include The First Baptist Church in Scott City, Kansas and the Civil Air Patrol, Kansas Wing â Lt. Col. Chaplain. On August 2, 1948 he married Evagene Ford in Leoti, Kansas. She survives. Survivors Include his Wife - Evagene Harbach of Scott City, Kansas, One Son - Mark & Tricia Harbach of Colorado Springs, Colorado, Four Daughters - Lois & Ted Champlin of Sidney, Nebraska, Ruth & Ed Marks of Anaheim, California, Evelyn & Dan Kough of Scott City, Kansas, Betty & Ben Silliman of Apex, North Carolina, Two Sisters - Ethel Smyth of Coronado, California, Betty Gillingham of Philadelphia, PA, Eighteen Grandchildren and Eleven Great Grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his Parents, Two Brothers and One Grandson. Funeral Service will be held at the First Baptist Church in Scott City, Kansas 10:30 a.m. Monday, November 1, 2010 with the Rev. Kyle Evans presiding. Graveside services will be in the Beulah Cemetery in Wichita County, Kansas at 2:00 p.m. Monday, November 1, 2010. Memorials may be given to Camp Christy % Price & Sons Funeral Home in Scott CIty, Kansas. Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. Saturday and 1:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Sunday.
