Lakin, Kansas Patricia Ann Fontenot, Age 59, died Sunday, November 13, 2005 @ the Via Christi Hospital, St. Francis Campus in Wichita, Kansas. She was born August 17, 1946 at Anoka, Minnesota, the daughter of Gordon L. and Barbara L. Schonard Smith. A resident of Lakin since 1984 moving from Medicine Lodge, KS she was a Medical Technologist for St. Catherine Hospital in Garden City. She was a member of the Methodist Faith and the American Society of Clinical Pathologists. Survivors include: 3 Sons Jim K. Fontenot Holcomb, Kansas Michael D. Fontenot Lakin, Kansas Matthew A.
