Obituary of Brenda Lee Tankersley

Brenda Lee Tankersley, age 65, passed away on Thursday, July 28, 2022, at her home in Garden City, Kansas. She was born on March 23, 1957, in Concordia, Kansas, the daughter of Orville Lee and Lois Tyler McComas. A resident of Scott City, Kansas since 1979 moving from Kalvesta, Kansas, She was a farmer.
Brenda was a Member of the Gospel Fellowship church in Shallow Water, Kansas.
On May 12, 1979, she married Oran Lee Tankersley in Scott City, Kansas. He Survives.
Survivors include her Husband- Oran Tankersley of Scott City, Kansas, Two Daughters- Kelsey and husband Garrett Baker of Scott City, Kansas, Ashalee Tankersley of Scott City, Three Grandsons- Corbin Baker of Scott City, Kansas, Dylan Baker of Scott City, Kansas, and Ethan Baker of Scott City, Kansas.
She is preceded in death by her Parents.
A Graveside service will be held at 10:00 am on Monday, August 1, 2022, at Scott County Cemetery in Scott City, Kansas with pastor Don Williams presiding.
Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 31, 2022, at Price & Sons Funeral home in Scott City, Kansas.
