Obituary of Mark David Peter
Tribune
Mark David Peter, age 61, passed away on Saturday, May 14 2022, at the Wesley Medical Center in Wichita, Kansas. A life long resident of Tribune, he was born to Lawerence Arlan and Marjorie Woelk Peter on January 6, 1961, in Tribune, Kansas.
Mark was a well loved member of the community. He enjoyed his work cooking at the convenience store where he was able to visit with so many people. He was the kind of man who didn’t know a stranger, would give you the shirt of his back, and the money from his pocket. He was always ready to show off his wood working projects. Mark was a former member of the volunteer fire department.
Survivors include, one sister, Arla Peter of Tribune, Kansas, two brothers, Daniel & Sally Peter of Tribune, Kansas, Lawrence Alan & Sherry Peter of Tribune, Kansas, many nieces, nephews, and step-children.
Mark was preceded in death by his parents, and two sisters, Linda Kay Peter and Diana Lynn Ramsey.
Inurnment will be on June 3, 2022 at 11:00 AM (mtn) with Pastor Dustin Frietzmeier in the Greeley County cemetery.
Memorials may be given to the Greeley County Fire Department in care of Price & Sons Funeral Homes.
