To Mark, James, Charles and family: I was saddened to learn of Ervin's passing. Kaye and I want to extend our sincere sympathies to all of you and your families. While I did not know Ervin as well as I would have liked, I enjoyed the times that I did visit with him and see him at family reunions. I did sense a connection to him from my Nightengale heritage. I have fond memories of Ervin at the last reunion as I did get an opportunity to visit with him. I am confident that he is in the presence of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Even though Ervin lived a long and blessed life, it is normal to want a bit more time with our loved one. I know you can take great comfort that your father is now enjoying the very best there is--and he is being welcomed by many family members who have gone before. Sincerely, Allen & Kaye Voth
