Obituary of Garrett L. Wright

Garrett L. Wright, age 59, passed away on Wednesday, November 3, 2021, at the Centerpoint Medical Center in Independence, Missouri.  He was born on April 26th, 1962, in Syracuse, Kansas, the son of Darell Lee & Lonetta Mae Hess Wright.  A resident of Deerfield, Kansas since 2017 moving from Garden City, Kansas, he was the owner and operator of D&H Homes in Garden City, Kansas.

He was a member & president of the Kansas Manufactured Housing Association.

On July 28, 1984, he married Starla Y. Amack in Garden City, Kansas.  She survives.

Survivors include his Wife - Starla Y. Wright of Deerfield, Kansas, One Daughter - Andrea & Jeff Henderhan, Two Sons - Zachery & Denise Musil of Garden City, Kansas, Daniel Musil of Garden City, Kansas, Mother & Step Father - Lonetta & Bob Brandes of Deerfield, Kansas, and Ten Grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his Father - Darell Wright.

Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Monday, November 8, 2021, at Price & Sons Funeral Home in Garden City, Kansas. Services will be streamed live at www.priceandsons.com.  Click the live stream tab on the left side of the obituary starting at 12:55 p.m.

Interment will be in the Deerfield Cemetery in Deerfield, Kansas.  Following the graveside service, there will be a recetption at the Deerfield Community Center in Deerfield, Kansas.
