Marshall was a God loving man who took my son Marshal Bullard & mentored him in his life for & of Christ. I praise God regularly for him. Marshall was a friend as well. He encourage him in his pursuit of a school filled with the Holy Spirit & he & Chong helped him move to Tampa, Florida. Did u dance for Jesus or were u able to move @ all? Did u sing or were u able to speak @ all?

Was a section chief in computer branch and saw Marshall with his tracts live out his faith. Had planned to be at the service today but grandson's oral surgery is now at the same time. Marshall and I encouraged each other as we saw our nation turn away from God and so many believe a lie. We also believed and I continue to trust that God will do a great work in this nation to turn us back to our original purpose, to take Him to the nations. Would have loved to rejoice over coming out pouring of the Holy Spirit with Marshall but he is seeing it all now from the best viewpoint outside of this world.:To his family sorrow and joy are there I know but I pray the joy truly outweigh your loss. God is in control.

My great uncle was an important figure in my life, including my family. He was a second father figure to my mother; one lasting memory was him teaching my mom how to drive while she was a study abroad student in Memphis. I remember spending random weekends and holidays together with my great uncle, talking about his farm life in Kansas and how adorable my dog Bori is. You will be greatly missed, Great Uncle Marshall; I hope you know I love you very much. Rest happily in peace (and say hello to Sunny for me) - Your Great Niece, Anes Kim

I was fortune enough to have shared prison ministry with Marshall for 12 years. Many hours on the road to Tutwiler and Parchman. He shared many hours doing what Christ told his disciples to do, testify to others of the Fathers love. Building God up and less words about ourselves. Marshall always had a loving message for others in their path in Christdom. always a message if Hope, and how men are so mortal and Christ so loving. Rest easy my friend, "A job well done.

Marshall was a dedicated Christian, especially to Marshall County Correctional Facility in Holly Springs. He loved to share the Love of Christ to the men there. He will be deeply missed by the Kairos Grads there and the outside Kairos team. Farewell for now my Brother.
