Obituary of Stanley Duwane Dirks
Stanley D. Dirks, age 64, passed away at his home in Scott County, Kansas on Wednesday, September 1, 2021. He was born on July 7, 1957, in Scott City, Kansas, the son of Albert & Donna Speer Dirks Jr. A lifetime resident of Scott City, Kansas, Stanley was an assistant manager for different feedlots and grain elevators over the years.
He was a member of the Gold Prospectors, EAA, and Trappers Inc and was a US Navy Veteran.
Survivors include his Two Sons - Dwayne Dirks of Leonard, Texas, Josh Dirks of Scott City, Kansas, and One Daughter - Lisa Birney of Burlington, Kansas, Eleven Grandchildren, and Four Great Grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his Grandparents & Parents.
Memorial Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, September 8, 2021, at Price & Sons Funeral Home in Scott City, Kansas with Rev. Kyle Evans presiding.
There will be no calling times.
