My memories with Will are filled with the silly delight and warm love we shared about cats. Any cats. His cat. My cat. Even after high school, our few and between conversations were centered around "how’s your cat doing? When are you getting a cat? Hey, look at this picture my cat -"
Will adored my childhood fat cat, Shadow; whenever he stopped by my house in Elk Grove, he always said that he was going to steal him, but in that Will-like monotone inflection where he’s extremely and comically deadpan. My friend even used Shadow as part of asking him to Prom, and those are the photos from that ridiculous high school day.
I am deeply saddened to find out that Will passed away so, so young. I am in a little shock to find out just now. I send my love to all of his family, and I hope these silly, dorky memories brings a smile to their faces.
