Garden City, Kansas Marjorie I. Kitch Andrasek, age 85, died Thursday, April 3, 2008 at the Garden Valley Retirement Village in Garden City, Kansas. She was born on July 29, 1922 in Pawnee Rock, Kansas, the daughter of Sam H. and Eva Schultz Boese. In 1960 she moved to Garden City, Kansas from Larned, Kansas. In the early 1970's she was part of the original class to receive a GED in Garden City. She was a homemaker. She was a member of the Assembly Of God Church of Garden City, Kansas and the Geneology Society Of America. On Nov. 12, 1939 she married Harold Kitch in Pratt, Kansas. He died on June 16, 1978. Then on August 8, 1982 she married Louis Andrasek in Garden City, Kansas. He survives. Other Survivors Include: Two Daughters, Arlene Koehn of Garden City, Kansas and Eilene Brady of Garden City, Kansas; One Step-Son, George Andrasek of Scott City, Kansas; One Step-Daughter, Minnie Mae Anderson of Santa Maria, California; Ten Grandchildren, Six Step-Grandchildren, Twenty Great-Grandchildren and Nine Step- Great-Grandchilren. She was preceded in death by her parents, a daughter, Karen Bose, a Step-Son, Richard Andrasek, Seven Brothers and Seven Sisters. Funeral Services will be held at 10:30am, Tuesday, April 8, 2008 at the Assembly Of God Church in Garden City, Kansas with Rev. Leon Hiebert and Rev. Chris Baker presiding. Friends may call from 1:00-8:00pm on Sunday and Monday @ the Price & Sons Funeral Home in Garden City, Kansas. Interment services will be held at 3:00pm Tuesday at the Larned Cemetery in Larned, KS. The family requests memorials be given to the Rural Compassion Mission in care of Price & Sons Funeral Home of Garden City, Kansas.
