Dearest Sharon and family, we are truly sorry for your loss. I pray Eric is among the angels in Heaven and making them smile, sharing his humor as he did for all of us in the Class of 59. God bless you and yours. Art and Stephanie. Gomez

Sharon and Family, we are so sorry for your loss and very saddened that we cannot attend Eric's celebration of life.
Eric and I go back many years, to the time I was a line boy at United Beechcraft and had no clue who Eric Miller was. I lived relative close to his farm, had driven by it for many years. And then there was that Pontiac convertible that I so envied just down the street from where I lived as a juco student and there would also be that white El Camino parked there. And, then I got to know Eric Miller. At the Beech office the name Eric Miller became synonymous with laughter being created and everyone having a good time. Over the years we owned a couple of airplanes together. Everyone who knew Eric knew that whatever plans you made, you knew that Eric was not driven by the time displayed on the clock, you might make plans for a time specified but it likely did not happen at that time. And plans could change in a moment. There was that time he and I left GCK in our new Bonanza to take a fertilizer part to Huntsville, Alabama for repair. Go one day and return home the next. Well, once in the air the destination expanded from Alabama to Florida and then overnight in the Bahamas. That was an interesting call home that night to my wife when I told her to guess where I was and,,,, here is a clue, I am not in the USA!
In more recent years we only got together occasionally but when we did we re-lived the old stories again and and again whether at lunch or on the telephone. One of his favorite stories was about his Father driving the Stingray to the farm and Eric flying above in the Musketeer and getting passed by the Stingray!! And, there was the time I had to tell Eric that I belly landed the Bonanza,,,,,he didn't chide me or fault me, he knew the situation and it became that repeated story down through the years. Mention of our infrequent visits in later years make this an opportune time for anyone reading this to pick up the phone and call that old friend, you won't regret it and you will bless someone who was special in making you who you are today.
Sharon, life will never be the same for you and you will be in our prayers as you make this adjustment. You made a decision years ago to develop a relationship with your Savior and you will find him even closer now, experiencing that "peace that passes all human understanding". You have been a blessing to so many people, you have been a blessing to Judy and I, you are in our prayers today. One last thought,,,,Eric is standing straight and tall today,,,,,no more pain and united with Craig!!!! What a day!!!!!
