Lisa, it was good to see Dan and Mention and meet Darrell.... but my heart longed to see you! It's been tough to watch the matriarchs of our church family leave us. Your mom was the epitome of that. She served her church and her God every day. I loved seeing her in church and the transition to Park Place made that less frequent, of course. The service was lovely and honored her well. She will be missed here in Scott City. I send my heartfelt prayers and condolences to you, classmate. Be well and I hope to see you one day, sooner rather than later! Blessings... Katie Eisenhour
I just heard the news of Florence's passing. I wish to extend to my very dear friend Darrell and his family my deepest sympathies and prayers at this time of loss. I never met Florence but Darrell told me so many wonderful stories throughout the years about her. I pray the family finds comfort in the love and memories they share.
Darrell, Dan, Kenton, Lisa my thoughts and prayers are with you and your families at this difficult time. Florence was one of the kindest women I have ever met! I admired her from the day I met her in 1981 when I started work at Park Lane! Heaven has gained a special lady! She will be missed.
What a long and rich life! What a wonderful person. A person that makes you think tough times don't last tough people do, My thoughts and prayers are with your family. Lisa I remember many great times at your home, when we were young. Your mother always such a calm and loving presence. Her faith was always such an evident part of her life. I saw her at my mom's funeral in Nov 2015 and we had such a great visit. Blessings to all of you at this difficult time. Vanessa Stark Metzger.
