Tom and I send condolences to the family and friends of Kay. Knowing Kay and spending occasions with her throughout the past 19 years added good memories of quality to our lives. She lived life here with purpose, destined and believing for her heavenly eternal home. She shared herself and her knowledge, teaching and imparting wisdom to those around her. She loved and enjoyed her family. Some of her grandchildren have been sharing with me fun things she did with them, which included making crafty or material things with them as she shared childhood memories, taking them for treats or making the treats with their help and then indulging in the outcome with them, determining whether they would make them again or not. As Mother and Grandma she collected items that would increase in value with the intention of leaving them behind for her family's benefit. We are thankful and grateful to share 3 grandchildren with Kay. We appreciate the spiritual and positive impact she made in their lives. We will miss her and often speak of her, believing she is at peace now, with no pain and in the presence of God. May we all strive to continue on our journey working out our salvation so that we too will be counted among the saints in heaven. We pray the peace and comfort of God rest upon family and friends.
