My condolences to Stevens family. We were good buddies all through school. We connected mostly through sports. Hundreds of good memories with him. We reconnected recently and rehashed HS fun times. He was still fun and caring as always. He remembered many things that I did not. Laughed our butts off again and again. Thanks Cobus for being in my life.
Steven was one of the most genuine people I have ever known. He was always ready to listen when I needed a friend. I never had the opportunity to meet Steven in person but I felt like he was my closest friend. I sincerely miss him. Through all his upset and downs he always had time for everyone else. I just can't say enough about how important Steven was to me. My condolences to his family.
I knew Steve in college when we both lived in Wiest Hall at FHSU. Very good friends. Had a huge heart for others. I called him "Hubba Bubba". We all lost one heck of a person when Steve passed. Would do anything for anyone.
I knew Steven from college at FHSU. We lived on the same floor in the dorm. I had kept up with him in college but lost touch once we left college. I was so surprised last December while getting a tour of the LTCU in Stanton County to run into him again. He remembered who I was and we had a nice visit. I was so sorry to learn of his passing.
