We were the two oldest soldiers in basic training and also the same age. She was a tough little woman and stood her ground. I remember she was doubtful about her last PT Test at AIT to graduate, but she made it happen. She was always laughing and smiling but serious when it was time to work and can she drive a big truck or what. She is going to be missed but not forgotten.
