David G. Dinning, age 62, passed away at on Wednesday, September 28, 2006 at the Hays Medical Center in Hays, Kansas. He was born on November 11, 1943 in Oakley, Kansas, the son of John Dinning and Marjorie Walker. A resident of Scott City, Kansas since 1969 moving from Oakley, Kansas, he worked at the refinery plant in Scott County until it's closing and then for Geist Roofing until his retirement. He was a Vietnam Veteran in the US Navy.
In 1984 he married Linda Koehn in Scott City, Kansas. She Survives.

He was preceded in death by his Parents, and Two Sisters - Edith Day Williams and Eva Marie Williams.
