Obituary of Michael Guthrie
Holcomb, Kansas
Michael “Spike” Guthrie, age 64, died at his home on October 25, 2018 in Holcomb, Kansas. He was born on August 28, 1954 the son of Harry and Ruby Swaim Guthrie in Wichita, Kansas.
He was a member of the Holcomb community since 1999 having moved from Dodge City, Kansas. Spike was the owner and operator of Spike’s Electric and was a master electrician himself. He was a dedicated member of Alcoholics Anonymous.
On May 28, 1982 he married Delores Ellis in Dodge City, Kansas. She Survives.

Caitlyn Guthrie of Holcomb, Kansas
Logan and Katy Guthrie of Garden City, Kansas
Three Siblings Brenda and Bobby Marsh of Wichita, Kansas
Ronda Bigley of Wichita, Kansas
Kenny Holt of Wichita, Kansas
Three Grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Memorial services will be held on Saturday, November 10, 2018 at 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. at the Cornerstone Church East Auditorium in Garden City, Kansas.
Private family interment will be held at the Valley View Cemetery at a later date.
