Alva A. Dearden, age 76, passed away at the Scott County Hospital in Scott City, Kansas on Friday, March 3, 2006. He was born on April 20, 1929 in Scott County, Kansas, the son of George William and Leone Mae Steele Dearden. A lifetime resident of Scott City, Kansas, he was a Farmer and Stockman.
Past Memberships include: Eagles Lodge #3124 Garden City, Kansas Scott COOP Board for 12 years Scott City, Kansas Soil Conservation Board Shallow Water Gun Club KLA Member
On July 9, 1950 he married Alene Mae Urban in Scott City, Kansas. She survives.

Eight Grandchildren Numerous Nieces & Nephews He was preceded in death by his Parents, Two Brothers, and One Granddaughter.
