I am forever grateful to Arliss! I credit Arliss with helping me to break my nasty addiction to smoking, and in so doing, influencing my grandchildren to have healthier lives by only knowing a happier, healthier, non-smoking grandma. I struggled for many, many years, decades in fact, to stop. My dear friend, his daughter Cindy, asked him for advice to give me. Arliss said to pick a best quit date according to the Farmers Almanac and just put them down! Straight forward, no nonsense advice and it worked!
