Obituary of Teressa G. Bollinger
Teressa G. Bollinger, age 56, passed away at the Wichita County Health Center in Leoti, Kansas on Wednesday, September 4, 2018. She was born on December 1, 1961 in Tahlequah, Oklahoma, the daughter of Vernon Anderson & Verda Lucille Kirk Woodward. A resident of Marienthal, Kansas for 6 years, she was a Medical Assistant in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma for several years.
Survivors Include her One Daughter - Jodi & Donnie Chaffin of Elkhart, Kansas, One Son - Jason & Gina Woodward of Hendersonville, Tennessee, Five Sisters - Laverna Parkins of Liberal, Kansas, Bernice Helwig of Hooker, Oklahoma, Esther Smith of Hooker, Oklahoma, Carolyn & Rodney Sandmeier of Marienthal, Kansas, Diane Ells of Wagoner, Oklahoma, Two Brothers - Uryeal & Lisa Woodward of South Carolina, Ronald Woodward of Wagoner, Oklahoma, Six Grandchildren, One Great Grandchild and Numerous Nieces & Nephews.
She was preceded in death by her Parents, Four Brothers and 8 Nieces & Nephews.
Funeral Services will be held at a later date and time.
There will be no calling times.
