Obituary of Carlos Pennington
Garden City
Carlos Pennington, age 75, died on Tuesday, August 28, 2018 at the St. Catherine Hospital in Garden City, Kansas. He was born on February 5, 1943 in Liberal, Kansas, the son of Orville and Josephine Salazar Pennington.
On August 19, 1983 he married Nancy Elson in Liberal, Kansas. She survives.

Four Sons Lance Pennington of Garden City, Kansas
Troy Pennington of Tulsa, Oklahoma
Randy Pennington of Tahlequah, Oklahoma
Nathan Pennington of Tahlequah, Oklahoma
One Brother Rene Pennington of Ellsworth, Kansas
He was preceded in death by his parents, and two brothers, Lance Pennington and Gary Pennington.
Private family burial will be held at the Restlawn Cemetery in Liberal, Kansas.
Memorial services will be held at the Cornerstone Church at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, August 31, 2018 with the Rev. Randy Cadell presiding.
Military honors will be performed by the McConnell Airforce Base Honor Guard.
Memorials in lieu of flowers are suggested to the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews in care of Price and Sons Funeral Home, 620 N. Main St. Garden City, Kansas 67846.
