Our family is so blessed to say that James Hayes was a part of our lives. He was a wonderful, sweet, and loving Grampa for my children and he will be dearly missed. You could not mention Stinky Pete without an enormous smile erupting on your face which usually lead to a story of his humor or jocularity. God bless your family in this time of loss. Know that your father's legacy will be one of love, kindness, and friendship.

So sad to hear of Jims passing. We grew up together.
He always let me ride on the tractor with him as he plowed. He taught me to drive. He helped my sister Gayle pull my tooth, by tying a string to the door. So many good memories! RIP <3

I am so sad to hear about Jim. I have nothing but great memories! I spent a lot of time at Jim's, as we called it.....loved going with my dad to visit and get parts! What a great addition to heaven....he is already telling stories up there I am sure!!!

Jim was a great friend and boss to many of the Crowley family, He was very good to my parents. Especially my mom when she worked for him and later. He will be missed in Leoti. My husband Mac always went to the store when we visited Leoti.

I am so sorry to hear about Jim’s passing! Jim was a great man and treated my family so well. I have nothing but fond memories of him. My favorite memory is him letting me bid for him and me on items at the church auction as a young boy.
