Carol's grandfather and my grandfather were brothers. We met several times at family reunions, and we were friends on Facebook.. She was a warm, friendly, and very giving person. I shall miss her.

Carol, you will be deeply missed. I have known Carol all of my life. Her mom used to iron for our family and in return my mom made dresses for Carol. She always talked about how much she loved the dresses my mom made for her - her favorite being a yellow pinafore!! Her positive attitude will be missed in our community!

Carol was an inspiration to all. She saw the glass half full. She only saw challenges, not obstacles. I am honored to have known her.
