Obituary of Kero Lee Doty

Tribune, Kansas

Kero Lee Doty, age 94, passed away on Friday, December 1, 2017 at Greeley County Long Term Care in Tribune, Kansas. Kero Lee was born June 10, 1923 at Horace, Kansas, the daughter of Charles Thompson & Barbara Emeline (Huddleston) Dinsmore.  A lifetime resident of Greeley County, she was a farm wife working along side her husband on the farm and a homemaker, raising their family.  Kero Lee enjoyed baking for others and loved animals, taking great pleasure in raising and caring for them.  She was the happiest when she got to spend time with her friends and family.

On August 31, 1939 she married Calvin Chester Doty in Tribune, Kansas.  Calvin passed away on March 28, 1998 in Tribune.

Kero Lee’s surviving family includes-

Two Children-

Norma & Don Seibel-            Lubbock, Texas

Larry & Dondra Doty-        Tribune, Kansas

Three Grandchildren-

Melvin & Babette Siebel-        Keller, Texas

Justin Doty-                Tribune, Kansas

Travis & Rachel Doty-        Burlington, Colorado

Five great Grandchildren-

Alex Siebel, Evan Seibel, Kirby Seibel, Cooper Doty & Myla Doty

One Sister-

Elberta Rutherford-            Liberal, Kansas

Her parents, husband and a daughter, Linda June Wineinger, precede her in death.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 am (MDT) Wednesday, December 6, 2017 at the Assembly of God Church in Tribune, Kansas with Pastor Justin Scherer officiating

Burial will be in Greeley County Cemetery in Tribune, Kansas.

There will be no calling times
