Kathryn Lobmeyer, age 86, passed away on Friday, September 22, 2017 in Leoti, Kansas. Kathryn was born June 27, 1931 in Spearville, Kansas, the daughter of Ignatius & Petronella “Nellie” (Schulte) Strecker Sr. A resident of Wichita County, Kansas since 1953, she was a Farm Wife and Homemaker.
Kathryn was a member of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in Leoti, Kansas. She was also active in the Leoti Card Club.
On April 11, 1950 she married James Lobmeyer at Spearville, Kansas.

Her parents, an infant daughter, Kathryn Lobmeyer, Two grandchildren, Chad Palacio and Amanda Lobmeyer, a Daughter- in- law, Donna Lobmeyer, and Five siblings, Carl Strecker, Mary Hall, Pauline Burkhart, Ignatius Strecker, Jr. and Bernard Strecker precede her in death.
Vigil Services will be held at 7:00 pm Wednesday, September 27, 2017 at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in Leoti, Kansas.
Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 am Thursday, September 28, 2017 at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church with Father Benjamin Martin officiating.
Burial will be in Leoti Cemetery, Leoti, Kansas.
Friends may call from noon until 8:00 pm Tuesday and from 10:00 am until 5:00 pm
Wednesday at Price & Sons Funeral Home in Leoti, Kansas.
Memorials may be given to St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church Building Fund or St. Catherine Hospice in care of the funeral home.
