Thank you for being my Grandma! You are an amazing person with an amazing heart. The love, generosity, strength and courage you have showed throughout your life has helped me shape my life.
I will always be the grand-daughter who remembers the trips to Dairy Queen, the coffee breaks, being bundled in quilts in Grandpa's sleigh with hot chocolate, pushing the pedal on the sewing machine when you were making a quilt, holding your hand while gathering eggs to show me there was nothing to be afraid of, setting in the living room floor playing card games, letting me make toast for breakfast, painting ceramics and making them, setting in the driveway shucking corn or snapping beans, the trips to the zoo and the hospitality house and most of all remembering calling you ever Saturday (that I forgot a few times) and hearing you say, "Well I am doing pretty good, I'm pretty and I'm good!"
The is no way to fill the hole you have left in this world, but you being born made this world a better place and me a better person.
I love you.

Dear Cousins Jerry, Wayne, Robert, Brian, Lisa,
I treasure memories of two of my favorite people in the world -- the two I had the privilege to call Uncle Cecil and Aunt Leona. Leona! Leona always showed up when we needed her, noble and serene. Her generosities were legendary. How we loved it when she'd drive in to see us in Albuquerque. Nothing in life was better than listening to Uncle Cecil talk through the night accompanied by Leona chuckling. She was dearly dearly loved by me, by my mother - her sister Lottie, and dad too.

The entire Dyer family want to pass along our condolences to the Dudley family for their loss. Leona was a very loving woman whom my mother Ruby Dyer considered her best friend for over 40 years. She called my mother who is 98, always the first day of the month to just catch up as old friends do. She will be sorely missed. A life well lived!

Leona was a lovely lady. My husband and I enjoyed her so much when we lived in Garden. My husband bought and talked chickens all the time. What nice memories! She was what I think more in churches should be like, welcoming, caring, to all and not to the rich & famous. Loved her!!
