I am truly sorry for the loss and pain that the Medina family is feeling because of losing Norman in death. Most of us have had to endure the sorrow of losing a loved one in death. What helped me the most was prayer and faith in God's promises like found here at 1 Corinthians 15: 26 and it tells us: "And the last enemy, death, is to be brought to nothing." God's kingdom that Jesus taught us to pray for at Matt. 6: 9, 10 will bring about these wonderful promises, including the resurrection. None of us are guaranteed tomorrow, but we are all guaranteed a resurrection. (John 5:28, John 6:40, John 11:25) For more comforting scriptures please visit: http://bit.ly/1K38EFt. It has given me hope, strengthened my faith and helped me find the answer to Why? I know it will do the same for you. Jehovah (Psalms 83:18) invites you to throw all your burdens on him and he will sustain you in your time of grief. Again, the family is in my prayers and I offer my heartfelt condolences. I met Norman when we first started Vo-tech in 1977. We became lifelong friends and almost brothers for quite a few years. We did stir up a little trouble but boys will be boys. I have to say nobody got hurt and we didn't tear up anything.
Norman was always a go-getter and like to have fun, and he always found a way to find the prettiest ladies to go out with. I am glad he found this last treasure because you can see in the pictures that he had found his soul mate with Cindy. God had sent her to be with him and she was what he needed for the last years of his life.
I am sadden that he is gone, but their is no more pain in his body, and Jesus said come home to me and I will ease your suffering.
We all will miss the Number 1 fan of the Denver Broncos and I will miss a good friend and partner in crime.
Love you forever Norman.
