I knew Roger when I was in Garden City from 1977-1982. I was fresh out of college and newly married. Roger took me and two other young men and mentored us for several years. We would go to the church and get down on our knees and pray. He was a perfect example of how our older men should disciple young men. I saw him a few years ago at the nursing home and he remembered me. I will never forget him. I will never forget his smile. But I know I will see him again. Lloyd E Dunlap.
