Dear family of Irene. So sorry to hear of her death. I remember the years you were neighbors. One of you boys worked for Eldon one summer. It has been years since we have seen all of you. Maybe we can connect at the memorial service. May the Lord be with you all. She came into the Thrift shoppe when I was working just the Friday before all of this. was good to talk to her and see her again.
I am so sorry for your loss, Della was a friend as were many of you when we were growing up. I just saw the Leoti Standard so am late sending my heartfelt condolences to all of you. Gods comfort and peace be yours!!! My prayers are for all of your family!
Dear Heinitz Family,
We loved Della as our neighbor in Leoti, Kansas. She would always give us vegetables from her garden and she made our children quilts when they graduated from high school. She was a great neighbor and friend and will be greatly missed by many.

I remember walking into High Plains School everyday to Mrs. Heinitz and Mrs. Weilert busily cooking and baking bread for our lunches. They greeted us as we came inside from the bus. Those childhood memories mean a lot. Tanis and family, I am thinking of you at this time. May God bless and comfort you all.
