Obituary of William Grubb

Tribune, Kansas William F. " Willy " Grubb, age 38, passed away at Via Christi/St. Francis in Wichita, Kansas on Monday, June 9, 2014. Willy was born April 2, 1976 in Scott City, Kansas, the son of William & Patricia Dizmang Lorg. A lifetime resident of Tribune, Kansas he was a farmer and co-owner/ operator of Grubb Custom Harvesting. Willy's surviving family include- His Wife- Skyler Torres- Grubb- Tribune, Kansas Two sons- Sebastian Torres- Tribune, Kansas Luke Grubb- Tribune, Kansas Father- Bryon Grubb- Tribune, Kansas Mother- Patricia & Donald Harrison- Thornton, Colorado Two brothers- Shannon & Kara Dizmang- Thornton, Colorado Dustin Grubb- Tribune, Kansas Paternal Grandparents John & Edna Grubb- Tribune, Kansas His birth father, William Lorg, brother, Jeremy Grubb, grandparents, Virgil Lorg, and Chuck & Patricia Dizmang, uncle, Gary Grubb and aunt, Cathy Dirks precede him in death. Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. (MST) Saturday, June 14, 2014 at the United Methodist Church in Tribune, Kansas with the Reverend Rick Kingham officiating. Burial will be in Greeley County Cemetery in Tribune, Kansas. Friends may call from noon until 8:00 pm Friday at Price & Sons Funeral Home in Tribune, Kansas. The family has suggested that in lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Sebastian Torres/Luke Grubb Education Fund in care of the funeral home.
