Our love, , prayers and heartfelt thoughts of comfort are with the FOX family at this time and moving forward, we consider Mark, Cindy and kids our extended family and that also has always included thier parents. Ray has left such a amazing legacy for his family and others to follow, a true gentleman with strong values and beaming pride for his family. He was a great soulmate to Elaine, father to 3 accomplished and fine men, and proud grandfather. Many friends were also on that list, a true character in spirit!
