I will always remember all the good times our families had over the years while growing up. I will miss your dad bur one of my favorite memories is how our dads loved to go and drive around the country side and say they were out hunting I don't remember that they ever got any thing bur they sure had fun those 2 old guys and our moms. When ever I came home and if any of the Wedgewoods were around smitty would stop by for a few minutes it was always good to see him. That's enough of my rambling all of you take care. We are so sorry for your loss and god bless

I enjoyed my many visits with Harold. I always left his home laughing and with a smile. I will miss him dearly. Many hugs to Rose (you were Harold's rock) and to the rest of his family. May God bless all of you.

My condolences to the family. I have met very few people in my life that left an impact as great as smitty. I was blessed to have a godfather that was more like a grandpa. I will always love you and I will never forget u.
For most of my childhood life my grandpa (Toney Rupp) and smitty had me believing they were cattle rustling outlaws. One story always vascinated me the most. One day Toney and smitty were on the run from the law and they stopped to let their horses drink and toney saw a huge fish in the pond so he lassoed the huge fish. The fish was so big it pulled him and his horse into the pond. Smitty saw this and dove in to save him. Smitty said the fish was bigger then he was and almost swallowed him whole but luckily he pulled toney and his horse out of the water. I was always so excited telling my friends that they were both outlaw cowboys. Amazing what you believe when ur idols are telling stories
