Obituary of Gavin Kleymann

Gavin Bjorn Kleymann, age 13, passed away on Sunday July 14, 2013 at his home in rural Greeley County, Kansas. Gavin was born March 15, 2000 in Cheyenne, Wyoming, the son of Kirby Alan & Trina Sue France Kleymann. He was a farmer, cattleman and a student in the Greeley County school system and a lifetime resident of Greeley County, Kansas. Gavin was a member of the United Methodist Church, Methodist Youths in Action, Greeley County Boy Scouts, Straight Ahead Strivers 4-H, and the Greeley County Junior High wrestling squad and football team. He was a participant in Quiz Bowl and was an accomplished guitarist and singer. Gavin's surviving family includes his parents - Kirby & Trina Kleymann of Tribune, Kansas, a sister and her husband - Tiffany & Chris Mylius of Denver, Colorado, his paternal grandmother - Darlene Kleymann of Tribune, Kansas, Two uncles - Gregg Kleymann of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Jeff & Stacy Kleymann of Wichita, Kansas, one aunt- Robbin & Maynard Davis of Spokane, Washington, Numerous cousins, classmates and friends. His paternal grandfather, Robert Kleymann and maternal grandparents, Roy & Viola France precede him in death. Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 am (MDT) Thursday, July 18, 2013 at the United Methodist Church in Tribune, Kansas with the Reverend Mark Anderson officiating. Burial will be in Greeley County Cemetery in Tribune, Kansas. Friends may call from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm Tuesday and from 10:00 am until 8:00 pm Wednesday at Price & Sons Funeral Home in Tribune, Kansas. Memorials may be given to the Gavin B. Kleymann Memorial Fund in care of the funeral home. This funding will be donated to several of Gavin's favorite activities in the near future.
