Obituary of Darell Wright

Darell L. Wright, age 70, died Thursday, July 4, 2013 at his home in Garden City, Kansas. He was born on February 24, 1943 in Lamar, Colorado. A resident of Garden City since 1966 Darell had been the owner and operator of D&H Mobile Homes in Garden City, Kansas. He was a member of the St. Dominic Catholic Church and the Knights of Columbus and was a former Eagles Lodge member all of Garden City, Kansas. In September of 1983 he married Carol J. Lang in Denver, Colorado. She survives. Other survivors include: Two Sons, Garrett Wright of Garden City, Kansas and Gavin Wright of Manhattan, Kansas; Two Step-Sons, Eric Steinwand of Garden City, Kansas and Darrin Steinwand of Kansas City, Kansas; Nine Grandchildren and Nine Great-Grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Harold & Gwendolyn Stephens. Vigil and Rosary services will be held at 7:00pm on Tuesday, July 9, 2013 at St. Dominic Catholic Church in Garden City. The Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00am on Wednesday, July 10, 2013 at St. Dominic Catholic Church in Garden City. Friends may call from 10:00am until 5:00pm on Tuesday at the Price & Sons Funeral Home in Garden City, Kansas. Interment will be in the Valley View Cemetery in Garden City, Kansas.
