Obituary of Telesforo Dorado

Telesforo Dorado, age 60, died Thursday, June 6, 2013 at his home in Garden City, Kansas. He was born January 5, 1953 in Zacatecas, Mexico the son of Vicente and Juaquina Guiterrez Dorado. He worked at the Tyson Packing Plant in Holcomb and had been a resident of Garden City since 1993. He was a member of the Nuevo Amanecer Church of Garden City. He was married to Laura Valles. She survives. Other survivors include: One Son, Ricardo Dorado of Houston, Texas; Three Daughters, Yadhira Ruiz of Holcomb, Kansas, Dayana Dorado of Garden City, Kansas and Alejandra Dorado of Garden City, Kansas; Three Sisters, Antonia Dorado of Mexico, Eva Dorado of Mexico and Zimona Dorado of Mexico and Five Grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents. Visitation and Funeral services will be from 10:00am until 2:30pm on Saturday, June 8, 2013 at the Price & Sons Funeral Home in Garden City, Kansas, with burial following at the Valley View Cemetery in Garden City, Kansas. Memorials be given to the Telesforo Dorado Memorial Fund in care of Price & Sons Funeral Home of Garden City.
