We wish to express our thoughts about Phil. Have not seen him since the 70's, but he has always been in my mind. We grew up together, played sports together, shared some good and sad times together, and went different ways. Phil was a very good man and friend. Phil was the first born in February, 1938, with David Fraser, Charles Cover, and me the last born in February 1938. Our prayers are with the family and Phil, but Phil is now in a better place and being taken care of with no worries. God bless this family.
