Elizabeth Grube, age 91, passed away on Thursday, May 2, 2013 at the Hospice Of The Valley - Lund Home in Gilbert, Arizona. She was born on September 6, 1921 in Liberal, Kansas, the daughter of Ira and Eva Guyer Riney. A resident of Scott City, Kansas since 1930 moving from Liberal, Kansas, she was a Farmer and Homemaker. She was a member of the First Christian Church and PEO both of Scott City, Kansas. On June 16,1940 she married L.E. "Bud" Grube in Scott City, Kansas. He passed away on August 17, 1980 in Cottonwood, Arizona. Survivors Include her Two Daughters - Charla & Bill Haun of Vista, California, Marsha Willard of Queen Creek, Arizona, One Grandson - Derrick & Hedy Haun of Valley Center, California, Two Granddaughters - Lori & Dennis Strobehn of Queen Creek, Arizona, Leesha & Gary Perham of Gilbert, Arizona, Three Great Grandchildren - Christopher, Grace & Addison of Gilbert, Arizona, Three Nieces - Jacque Bell of Bossier, Louisana, Paula Sue Beckley of Lawrence, Kansas, Beverly & Neil Norman of Manhattan, Kansas, Two Nephews - Weston Grube of Overland Park, Kansas and Gary Grube of Arizona. She was preceded in death by her Parents, Husband, Three Sisters, One Brother, and One Son In Law. Funeral Services will be held at the First Christian Church in Scott City, Kansas at 10:30 a.m Saturday, May 11, 2013 with Steve Payne presiding. Memorials may be given to the El Quartelejo Museum or the American Cancer Society % Price & Sons Funeral Home. Interment will be in the Scott County Cemetery in Scott City, Kansas. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. Friday at Price & Sons Funeral Home in Scott City, Kansas.
